Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This page explains how to permanently delete your Kaggle Session Manager account and the personal data associated with it, in line with our Privacy Policy.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the App (recommended, instant)
You can permanently delete your account and all of its data yourself, at any time, directly from the App:
- Open Kaggle Session Manager and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Under the Account section, tap Delete Account.
- Type
delete my accountin the confirmation box exactly as shown. - Tap Delete Account to confirm.
Your account, all associated data, and your sign-in credentials are deleted immediately — there is no waiting period. You will be signed out automatically, and this action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — By Email (if you can't sign in)
If you've lost access to your account and can't sign in to use the in-app option, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you.
✉️ Email privacy@assemalia.com
Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address you use to sign in to the App so we can locate your account. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Whichever option you use, we permanently remove:
- Your account record (email address, display name, account ID)
- Your sign-in credentials (Firebase Authentication account) — you'll need to register again to use the App
- Your stored Kaggle credentials (username and encrypted API key)
- Your notebook run history, statuses, and schedules
- Your compute quota records
- Your in-app notifications and push notification (FCM) token
What we may briefly retain
- Crash diagnostics already collected via Firebase Crashlytics are not linked to your account identity and may persist for up to 90 days under Firebase's standard retention policy.
- Backup copies of the database may persist for up to 30 days after deletion for security and operational purposes, after which they are purged.
Removing individual notebook entries
If you only want to remove specific notebook history entries — not your whole account — open the App, go to your notebook history, and tap Remove on that entry. This does not delete your account.
